Ashley has been dancing and performing since the age of three. She has competed throughout Canada and the United States winning many scholarships and overalls. Ashley is an associate member in jazz dancing with CDTA and an Associate Member for Stage with BADT. She has a certificate in Performing Arts from Sheridan College and an Advanced Diploma in Music Theatre from St. Lawrence College. Ashley recently won the Bloom award for Outstanding Choreography within a musical for Annie Jr.

Jessica is a recent graduate of the Dance Performance studies program at George Brown College. Since graduating, Jessica has completed performance contracts in Japan, at Canada's wonderland, with the Toronto Rock Dance Team, and with CBC Kids. She is currently the corporate choreographer for a chain of resorts in Mexico. Jessica has performed on Breakfast Television, Much Music & YTV. She was a member of the World Champion Champion Canadian Tap Team in 2004, attended the Quinte Ballet School's Professional Summer School and is a member of the Tap Company, "DownBeats". Jessica is a certified Tap & Jazz teacher through the Performing Arts Educators of Canada.

Director
Suzy Stiperski is an enthusiastic performer, choreographer, teacher, adjudicator and director, whose years of experience reflect in her students and studio. She is the founder and director of The Academy of Performing Arts in Orangeville, which is approaching its 18th year of inspiring young dancers.
Ms.Stiperski began her training at a young age and continued to do so until her graduation of the Ryerson Theatre School Performance Program, majoring in dance. Her theatrical credits eventually led to performances in "Top Cops", "The Soccer Game", "Kids in the Hall", and the television mini-series "The Queen of Mean", where she also assisted in the choreography. Ms.Stiperski also studied with "Second city" and "Actors Network". She is a full member of the Canadian Dance Teachers Association (CDTA), where she plays an active role on the Ballet committee. She has successfully trained students from primary to advanced levels, as well as, prepared teachers and students for their CDTA teaching papers. Ms.Stiperski is excited to be directing the Academy for it's 18th year.
Alexander Grigorin - Ballet/Acro
Mr. Grigorin brings a wealth of knowledge in Ballet technique from his extensive teaching and performing opportunities in Russia, Europe, Israel, USA, and Canada. He is a fully certified RAD and Vaganova Ballet teacher, with over 20 years of expertise on the international level. Whether it be as a ballet soloist, repertoire expert, competitive choreographer or technical teacher, we're excited to have Mr. Grigorin bring his experiences to the Academy as a new part of our faculty!
CHELSEA JOHNSON - Musical Theatre
Ms. Johnson comes to the studio with a passion for the stage and drive for creative exploration. Since graduating from the renowned Sheridan College Musical Theatre Program where she starred in numerous productions showcasing her vocal talent, she has branched out to explore other opportunities in the GTA such as stage choreography, directing, and teaching. As a current professional Equity theatre union member, she has repeatedly had roles with the Upper Canada Playhouse's Christmas showcases. We're excited to have her bring her experience and energy to our Academy!
Sarah Felschow- Modern
Sarah began her dance training at age 5 at The Stouffville Dance Centre under the Artistic Direction of Michele Green. She is a graduate of George Brown College's Pre-Professional Program earning her a Certificate. She has had the privilege of working with Bengt Jorgen, Mary Jago, Chun Che and Kathleen Rea. In 2002 Sarah joined Motus O Dance Theater. Her credits include adaptations of A Midsummer Night's Dream, A Christmas Carol, Carmina Burana, Petrouchka and East Of The Sun West Of The Moon, as well as original works of Variations In Love, Perspectives, Circus Terrifico, Delusions and Phoenix Rising, and excerpts of Human Knots and The Shunning. Through Motus O Sarah has had the opportunity to perform with The Royal Conservatory Of Music and Vincent Cheung. She has also toured and taught throughout Canada, U.S.A and Europe.
