PILATES

This class offers a low-impact full-body workout to improve flexibility, posture, and balance. With a focus on breath control and alignment, it leaves you feeling strong and refreshed.

FULL-BODY STRENGTH

This dynamic class uses different muscle groups with minimal rest to build strength. It includes low-impact cardio, functional strength for everyday living, balance, and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels and great for beginners.

This class is a fun upbeat mash-up of Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin style moves and more. Choreographed movements in an inspirational comfortable atmosphere.

We have designed the adult program to be a commitment to 1,2,3 or more of your desired classes

Starting January 11th, 2025, for 8 weeks depending on your availability and preference, you can attend any class you choose using a 8 week class pass! or pick the one or two classes you desire This flexibility allows you to create a schedule that best suits your lifestyle.  Begin your journey to being the fittest and healthiest you!
