Adult Classes
The adult program is designed for individuals who want to get moving and grooving! Whether you are a past dancer or have never taken a dance class in your life, we welcome everyone. Using choreographed routines, stretching, and meditation, enjoy a class that gives you both a work out and a mental break. Participants can enjoy the benefits of exercise in a relaxed, healthy, and fun atmosphere.

Throughout the week kids get to try a wide variety of dance disciplines including TAP, JAZZ, ACRO, BALLET, and HIP HOP. Each day we plan special activities including PARK DAY, MC DONALDS DAY, PJ DAY, WACKY HAIR DAY, PIZZA DAY, ICE CREAM DAY, and so much more!
